What does the free trial include?
Full access to all features for 30 days. No credit card required. Unlimited scans, full dashboard, PDF reports. If you don't subscribe after 30 days, your account simply becomes read-only.
What do you mean by "no per-user pricing"?
Most security tools charge per user or per device — so costs grow as your client grows. PosturIQ charges a flat rate per tenant, regardless of how many users or devices they have. 10 users or 200 users, same price.
How does the MSP billing work?
€499/mo base includes up to 25 client tenants. Each additional tenant beyond 25 adds €29/mo. Billing adjusts automatically as you add or remove clients — no manual reconciliation.
Do I need to install anything?
No agent or software to install for M365 and email checks — they run via Microsoft APIs. For endpoint checks, employees run a lightweight script (PowerShell on Windows, bash on macOS). The scripts report back to your dashboard.
What permissions does PosturIQ need?
PosturIQ connects via Microsoft Graph API and Exchange Online to read configuration data — policies, user status, and security settings. We never modify anything in your tenant.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel instantly. Annual plans run until the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts.
